Can I return an item if I am not satisfied? If a customer wishes to return product for any reason, they may do so. All requests to return merchandise must be made within fourteen (14) days from invoice date and you MUST receive an authorization number. There will be a 20% restocking charge and return shipping will be at the expense of the school, teacher or individual that placed the order. 3. What happens if product is damaged or lost in shipping? For damaged or missing items, please call customer service at 800-365-6661. We will be happy to either replace the damaged or missing items, or issue a credit. 4. What will I be charged for regular shipping? Free Shipping on Science Fair Display Boards to anywhere in the continental U.S. (except California, Oregon and Washington add $0.50 per board). Yes, if you are going to order under the minimum amount, please call Superior at 1-800-365-6661 for the shipping charges for your specific order. Internet prices will not apply. 6. What is the low price guarantee? On catalog orders only, if you find a lower price on Presentation Boards, anywhere, we will give you 125% of the difference in the form of a price reduction. The following restrictions apply to the low price guarantee: This guarantee covers Display Boards and Presentation Boards only and not other products offered in our online store. Price comparisons must include shipping. Products must be of comparable quality and similarly packaged (i.e. not comparing boards made of lighter weight material or delivered on skids versus individual boxes.) Our low price guarantee does not apply when the competitiors price has been reduced from their normal advertised price. 7.
