Exchanging or returning merchandise purchased online
All requests to return merchandise must be made within ten (10) days from invoice date and you MUST receive an authorization number. There will be a 20% restocking charge and return shipping will be at the expense of the returner.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in it's original packaging and include any wrappers or tags. For expedited service please include a copy of your original receipt.

Damaged merchandise
showboard.com carefully inspects each product before shipping. Upon arrival you will be responsible for inspection of the package prior to signing. Do not sign for any damaged items or packages.
